Ingredients 2 ripe oranges – sliced 1 cup red grapes – seedless 1 cup cranberries – fresh or frozen 1 cup ice water cold water 1 tablespoon raw honey
Instructions Peel oranges. Wash berries and grapes well. Add orange slices, berries and grapes in blender. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend mixture and add in water till you get a smoothie consistency you like.
Super Red Berry Smoothie
Ingredients  1 red apple 1 cup strawberries – frozen 1 cup raspberries – frozen 2 slices pineapple 1 tablespoon raw honey
Instructions Wash apple and berries well. Cut the pineapple and apple into small cubes. Add pineapple cubes, apple cubes and berries into blender. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend mixture and add in water till you get a smoothie consistency you like. Add a few ice cubes and serve.
