Eat cleaner, healthier, and quicker with the Instant Pot!
What is clean eating? Clean eating, simply put, is eating whole foods as close to their natural state. That means minimally processed food or handled food. Of course, almost everything we have these days is somewhat processed because we heat it up, or puree it, etc. Even your all fruit and vegetable smoothie is processed because you have chopped and pureed it. However, it’s still not as processed as say a store bought breakfast bar. The goal is to stay minimally processed.
If you didn’t know already, I LOVE the Instant Pot. This little tool has improved my quality of life… because quite frankly, I’m not a good planner! As an added bonus, I am able to cook my family healthy meals in just minutes! Quicker than it would take me to load everyone up and head to a fast food restaurant!
So I decided to round up 30 of my favorite clean eating Instant Pot recipes to help get my family back on track to healthy eating after all of the holiday meals and decided to share what I found!

Slow Cooker Chili Recipe: Just because this is clean eating chili doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a flavor punch!

Lemon Pepper Chicken: This chicken is incredibly flavorful and easy to make! It nearly falls apart when you cut into it because it is so tender and juicy! If you like lemon pepper seasoning, you will LOVE this chicken.
This white chicken chili recipe is a great one to add to your dinner rotation, especially during the soup season around here – fall and winter! I’ve tried a few different recipes, but I really like this one for a few reasons. For one, it is a pretty healthy recipe! And it still has a great chili flavor!

Green Chili With Chicken: Anyone who knows me well knows that I am a lover of chili. This green chili recipe from Serious Eats is serious stuff!

Sweet Potato & Turkey Chili: The Castaway Kitchen produced a chili I would have never even thought of but not only is it tasty, but beautiful too!
Whole Chicken: Yep. You read that right! You can cook a whole roaster chicken in the Instant Pot and Mommypotamus has a great recipe!
Steel Cut Oats: You don’t have to only make dinner in the Instant Pot! These steel cut oats from Pressure Cooking Today are awesome!
Pot Roast: Pot roast is another one of those foods that i just adore in the cold months and The Domestic Man has a really fab recipe!
Butternut Squash Risotto: This recipe from Whole Lifestyle Nutrition gives us a great alternative to pasta!
Pulled Pork Tacos: Three of my favorite words and The Organic Kitchen put them all together in one delicious recipe!
Chicken Fennel Soup: The Paleo Cajun Lady gives us a nutrient packed yummy chicken fennel soup!
Steamed Artichokes: Did anyone else grow up eating artichokes? I did and I love that Flavorrd gave me a great Instant Pot Recipe!
Chicken Cacciatore: Whole 9 Life has an amazing cacciatore recipe and even suggests serving over shredded cabbage instead of traditional noodles.
