Another staple asian recipe is Pad Thai. Found at the top of the menu in most Thai restaurants, this is a worldwide favourite comfort food.
This particular recipe only takes 15 minutes to cook with an additional 5 minutes of prep time. It can be made with prawns, chicken or tofu depending on your dietary requirements.
The basic ingredients required are chicken, prawns or tofu, pad thai noodles, peanut (or vegetable) oil, shallots, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, Healthboy Thin Grade 1 Soy Sauce and chilli flakes. The optional garnish also requires bean sprouts, chilli flakes, chopped scallions, roasted peanuts and lime.
